This documentary involves a Nepalese man named Minu. He is a migrant worker who came to Korea at the age of 20 and worked there for 18 years. He took on various jobs. He worked in restaurants, garment cutter at a sewing factory and became the lead vocalist of a band named Stop Crackdown.

The Feel-Good Part

Even after becoming a successful person after going back to Nepal, he still loves Korea very much which is very heart-warming. His singing is excellent. He made the band Stop Crackdown which is known for expressing the lives of migrant laborers through their songs. The relationship between him and his bandmates is very wholesome, they go to him in Nepal to perform as he cannot come to Korea.

The Disappointing Factor

He got an unexpected chance to visit Korea as the representative of Nepal for Seoul Hand Made International Expo, he was worried that he will be blacklisted due to his past deportation luckily, he received his visa, but he couldn’t go as he was stopped at the airport and had to go back without visiting which is very disappointing.

Over all this documentary is very inspiring to watch. Minu works hard and becomes a successful person through efforts. It is worth watching.
