Under the direction of Sumida Takashi and written for the screen by Bakarhythm, the drama revolves around the lives of Mitsuru and Kazuma with their master plan to avenge their father’s death.

The Feel-Good Part

The execution of the script is one of the highlights, keeping the audience on the hook throughout the movie. Although the Satsui No Michinori The Movie is based on a drama series of the same name, it brings a unique newness to the crowd.

Fans have complained about the length of running time for a movie with a previously released drama series on television. In-Depth Analysis

The plot with the murder of Takaki, who runs a business that processes cardboard. However, owing to the notorious habits and activities of Yoshiyuki, he renders Takaki surrender his assets and heed to Yoshiyuki’s pressing debts. This leads to Takaki declaring himself bankrupt, driving him to the point that he takes his own life. Kazuma takes it upon himself to seek respite for his father’s death, being frustrated with no justice in sight. With him, his cousin Mitsuru joins hands and helps fight this lonely battle.

Star Power

The cast includes Iura Arata as Kubota Kazuma, Bakarrhytm as Azuma Mitsuru, Hotta Mayi as Konoha, Hino Yojin as Kubuta Takaki, Asuka Rin as Yoshiyuki’s lover, Kaai Gamon as Shigemori Hayato, Sakuma Yui as Yuzuki, and Tsurumi Shingo as Murooka Yoshiyuki.

Although the plot of Satsui no Michinori the Movie centers around thriller and action, the eccentricity of the duo brings out a different comic relief for the audience. One can enjoy this movie on lazy afternoons.
