The Feel-Good Part

The cinematics was beautiful. Almost every second was so beautiful and perfect. It immerses the audience in the young and youthful vibe.

The Disappointing Factor

The story was a bit slow and didn’t make sense in the beginning, and that made it look cringe. The movie focused on friendship, but it was not the star of the film instead, the friendship was.

In-Depth Analysis

‘One week friends’ is one of the decent Chinese movies. A school movie or drama is everyone’s type. The story and the direction will amaze you. Their friendship and the understanding between them were so beautiful. The bitter-sweet truth and their understanding made it a heart-touching film. For the sensitive people it is going to be a sensitive emotional movie. All the school elements were presented decently. The story was good and the actors made it a worth-watching school romance movie.

Star Power

The acting is a plus point for the movie. The cast pulled their roles well, and they were on fire. The chemistry between the main couple was not satisfying. But the emotions they presented felt natural, and all those emotions could be felt.

Overall Opinion

The movie is adapted from the manga of the same name by Matcha Hazuki. If you are into coming-age films then it is a worth-watch movie.
