The story starts with Higuchi Shogo. He works as a detective whose wife gets murdered by a serial killer. On the other hand, there is Tachibana Hikari, who works at a 110 call centre. Her father gets murdered as well. This story is revolves around the voice control room. In Japan, 110 phone number connects to the emergency control room. The emergency control room responds quickly and comes to the rescue of the caller. When Hikari gets to know any information about a victim, she passes it to the detective, Higuchi Shogo.  Tachibana Hikari has a unique ability of paying minute attention to details. Will they be able to catch the criminals? Watch the drama to how the story unravels.

The Feel-Good Part

The show has some insanely dramatic scenes. It is well detailed and fast-paced, but does not baffle the viewer at any point. It portrays the working of a police department and the cooperation between the members. It is also fascinating to watch the working of an emergency call center.

The Disappointing Part

For viewers who already have watched the original ‘Voice’ Korean drama, then this Japanese adaptation of this drama may feel unnecessary to watch since the suspense factor wil be missing. Some of the scenes are as same as in the original series. The scenes may annoy the audience.

Star Power

The actors are the star power of the show. All of them portrayed the characters very beautifully. They are like real-life officers in the show. Maki Yoko is perfect for her role. She is very confident in this character. Masuda Takahisa is also excellent. The other actors also gave a fantastic performance. Overall, the acting part is good.
