Drama Digest

What happens when an uneventful life is turned around by a fun-loving person? How do you stop yourself from falling in love especially if you are married to someone else?

This show is a comical take on the same. It revolves around an associate university professor Masaya Kotani, who is happily married to Kotani Rei and has an eight-year-old child. He leads a typical, boring life.

But all that changes when a new person enters his life.

He has a series of meetings with a young, female student who is 10 years junior and her name is Reiko Nenoyama. In Japanese culture, there is a belief that if coincidences happen thrice, then it is a miracle.

In this case, Masaya meets Reiko thrice and believes that she is a marvel who will change his life. Since he is married, he resists the charms but is unable to do so. He falls deeper in love with Reiko.

This leads to a series of hilarious meetings and incidents which tickles the bone

The Feel-Good Part

The movie deals with a sensitive subject in a funny manner making it light-hearted. The visuals and costumes are also great.

The performances of the actors are a highlight as they emoted the scenes well.

The Disappointing Factor

The script is a bit of a letdown as the creators have used the entire duration just for an affair. It tends to be a bit mundane towards the end.
