The characters feel like a copy of other Chinese dramas that have stories revolving around games and their development, and as a result, one might get bored if they have watched dramas of similar genres before.
In-Depth Analysis
The show focuses on the development of a game called “Listening to the Heartbeat”. When the company, that is, Cooltron, decides to promote it, they come up with a unique strategy to do so to set them apart and draw more attention to their game. They decide to promote it by conducting a test game and organizing a competition that provides the winners a special benefit. Xiao Yu decides to take part in the game. As Xiao Yu takes part in the game, she is shocked to be matched with the engineer, Ji Yu Feng. In order to win the game, the heartbeats of both parties are taken into account. This ultimately leads to their attraction to each other.
Star Power
Gong Fang Ni as Yan Xiao Yu and Min Xing Han as Ji Yun Feng both did an amazing at performing their roles to the best. Their sweet moments are heartwarming and do not make you cringe in one bit like the usual Chinese dramas do. They work well together as actors, showcasing their romantic interest in each other for this drama in such a short span.

Given the fact that this is a short series, one can watch it without any worries with a light mind and heart or when one wants to relax, sit back, and enjoy something short and sweet like this drama.
