Keina Kagami has been bedridden and on life support, but when she wakes up, she finds herself in the world of a game named Leadale, in the body of the avatar she made, Cayna. But 200 years have passed since she last played the game. But she sees this as a new opportunity to live and discover. She doesn’t want much attention toward her but her extraordinary powers attract everyone along with a trapped powerful player who has set his eyes on her to make her, his bride.
The Feel-Good Part
You can find many anime of this genre but this one is something else. The characters the storyline, the worldbuilding, everything is perfect. After watching the first episode, you’d want to give Keina’s story a try and then you can’t stop.
The Disappointing Factor
The show is very rushed. Many challenges come her way but they are solved in just around five minutes; because of that, the show somewhere lacks depth.
In-Depth Analysis
Keina Kagami is a seventeen-year-old girl who has been permanently paralyzed and on life support most of her life due to an accident in which her parents died. Because of a power cut in the hospital, her life support stops working and she dies.
She finds herself reborn in a game called Leadale. But the game is not the same as she remembers. She then finds out that 200 years have passed since she last logged in. She then sets on this new adventure and discovers that the game is shut down and some other players are trapped in the game. The kingdoms are now being attacked by high-level monsters arising from the game’s sudden abolition. To make the matter worse, one trapped player who is very powerful has his sight set on Keina.
Star Power
The protagonist is very charming and powerful. As she is the main character, she carried the whole show on her shoulders and has the most screen time. The supporting characters are also outstanding.
Overall Opinion
The show is good. The main protagonist is fantastic and the world is amazing. The show doesn’t focus on any sort of action but is a light adventure and fantasy-driven show.
