Drama Digest

Greece continues to battle with his country’s financial problems, leaving it to other countries to come up with solutions. This begins off the Industrial Revolution, in which America fully outperforms the rest of the globe in terms of both technological and economic might.

Fearing that his global power is eroding, England appeals to other nations for help in restoring his country’s image. Smaller nations, on the other hand, are keen to stamp their independence on the world. Czechoslovakia has been legally divided into the Czech Republic and Slovakia, leaving the two countries at odds but with plenty of spare time.

 The Feel-Good Part

The inventor gave the nations personality, and he is adding additional historical information with comedic sketches or jokes about each/related nation. Hetalia is a great source for historical information. Overall, the series has a nice art style that was generally carried over from the wonderful world, a terrific tale, and humour, but this season is much better than the others!

 The Disappointing Factor

Hetalia never truly offers anything innovative in terms of entertainment; instead, each episode simply repeats the same plot. Fans who have watched every episode of “Hetalia World Stars” were a little let down because the show fell short of their expectations. Due to this, the episodes becomes boring very soon even though the duration of each chapter is short.

 In-Depth Analysis

The events of the main storyline take place during World War II, although the large proportion of the comics are set during other historical occasions, contemporary holidays, or at random. The series sometimes combines satire and light-hearted humour to recreate well-known events as well as less familiar historical and cultural information. Hetalia typically depicts historical, political, economic, and military contact between nations as interpersonal encounters and miscommunication between the characters. The major way that the series is presented is as a frequently filthy allegory of political and historical events as well as broader cultural analogies. With minimal reference to other national personifications, characters are personifications of nations, territories, like Hong Kong, and micronations. Each character has traits that reflect both positive and bad cultural stereotypes.

 Star Power

All the voice actors for each country portrayed in this anime have done a great job in bringing out the typical style belonging to each country. Daisuke Namikawa, one of the main voice actors in this anime has done various internationally famous works like Demon Slayer, Violet Evergarden and Hunter×Hunter. Noriaki Sugiyama another voice actor working in this anime has contributed in anime like Black Butler and Naruto.

 Overall Opinion

Overall, the animation was quite attractive and fluid. Not to mention the great theme music that was catchy and charming, it also appears to be faithful to the manga so far, which the audience extremely happy about. The jokes and the adorable animations were all typical Hetalia.
