TV Show Digest

Season 2 of CRAVITY’s variety show, in which they show off different parts of the band each week through amusing and novel concepts.

The Feel-Good Part

CRAVITY wraps off the Retreat Special in a cordial and amicable manner, consenting to a tie in the last game. The group also previewed a special talent presentation loaded with appeal and intense reactions from the members of the group as well as the production staff, keeping the audience engaged. Like S1, there were wonderful games in S2.

The Disappointing Factor

Nothing disappoints but some games might be boring to watch but at the same time it all depends upon the audience.

In-Depth Analysis

Starship Entertainment formed Cravity, a South Korean boy band. Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Woobin, Wonjin, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung, and Seongmin are the members of the group. Season 1 of their extended play premiered on April 14, 2020. Remember Who We Are, Hideout. In 2020, the group was dubbed “Monster Rookies,” and they became a global artist who drew the attention of people all around the world. They won multiple honours, including “New Act of the Year” at the 12th Melon Music Awards, “Best of Next” at the 2020 and Mnet Asian Music Awards, and “Rookie Award” at the 4th Soribada Awards. They were the first 2020 rookie artist to debut on the Billboard K-pop Hot 100. They have their own show, Cravity Park 2.

Star Power

Sungmin and his magic talents kicked off the CRAVITY Park talent performance. While Allen juggled numerous objects on-stage, Taeyoung entertained the audience with his “psychokinesis” magic. When Woo-bin pretended to answer the phone, he created beatboxing sounds and imitated a smartphone ringing and vibrating, which made others giggle. Jungmo stunned everyone when he drank a whole can of Coke in one go – a feat that MC Wonjin attempted but failed to duplicate.

Overall Opinion

CRAVITY’s variety programme, in which they showcase various aspects of the band each week through entertaining and original concepts. If you enjoy Cravity, this is a must-see.
