When a new female student, Hye Mi, expresses interest in Kang Gook, tensions flares between them.

The Feel-Good Part

They were able to narrate the story beautifully again. The film also added a few extra cuts to give us more insight and open to the audience’s interpretation.

The Disappointing Factor

There is nothing to knit-pit as a disappointing factor. This film has less drama compared to a lot of other Korean movies.

In-Depth Analysis

It is a fantastic story about unrequited love that goes untold. The original version of the film was in the form of a drama that aired in the same year. The film has a much better flow compared to the show. It moves at a fast, intense, and believable pace. This film is suitably titled because everything happens through their eyes. The expression of the story is through the eyes: the way they look at each other, stare at each other, miss each other, and communicate with each other. The main difference between the movie and the show was that they removed the monologues of the characters. It did make a big difference in the presentation of the story. Because of this, they were able to focus on body language and paved the way for viewers to build their interpretation of the emotions and scenes. There are no fillers or needless scenes. It shows just raw drama and emotional scenes.

Star Power

The actors Han Gi Chan (Han Tae Joo) and Jang Eui Soo (Kang Gook) did a brilliant job of embodying their roles. They brought varied emotions through their facial expressions and body language.

Overall Opinion

It is a sweet romantic drama. Highly recommend it!
