Drama Digest

Kinn Theerapanyakul, the second son of a Mafia lord, is on the run from an adversary when he meets Porsche, a bright young bartender. For a fee, Porsche offers to assist Kinn in repelling his assailants. Because of his father’s encouragement, Kinn tries to enlist Porsche as one of his personal bodyguards after being impressed by Porsche’s martial arts abilities. Despite Kinn’s threats, Porsche rejects his offer and is unwilling to do so. Porsche does not agree to live on Theerapanyakul land until he is threatened with losing his family home and his ability to care for his brother. The shift to an unconventional, violent career is not easy, and his relationship with Kinn alternates between being tense and frivolous. The stakes of his profession increase as his affections for Kinn take an unexpected turn.

The Feel-Good Part

Watching the behind-the-scenes action and all the effort put in was wonderful. The budget for this and the commitment of the crews to deliver a fantastic performance were magnificent. This series made several claims, and thus far, it has successfully fulfilled the majority of them. It claimed to be unique, engaging, and fantastic. Although the presentation is humorous, the severity of the material is not diminished.

The Disappointing Factor

Overall, it didn’t take away from the character’s purpose, but what they did with Porsche’s character in sections of his growth almost seems like they forgot that they gave him some attributes; one example is how easily he fell for Kinn.

In-Depth Analysis

The online novel by Daemi of the same name was the inspiration for the Thai black comedy “KinnPorsche.” As he attempts to flee after being attacked by a foe, Porsche runs across Kinn, the second son of a mafia lord. When Kinn offers Porsche money as a prize, the college student who works part-time at a bar notices that he is being pursued and comes to his aid. Porsche, a former national martial arts champion, is propelled by money into close combat, where he saves Kinn. Because of Porsche’s prowess in combat, Kinn offers to hire him as his personal bodyguard. Porsche was being sought not only by Kinn but also by his adversaries. He was hesitant to join Kinn’s bodyguard out of desperation and out of fear that his sole sibling, his brother, might get caught up in this chaos. But it looked as though fate was tricking him, and he was ultimately compelled to consent to marry Kinn and join his complex family. It takes special abilities to serve as a mafia boss’s bodyguard. Porsche also ran into a number of unforeseen things during this time. He hesitated more in his heart as he drew nearer to Kinn. The numerous issues and challenges that arise along the way, however, put their love to the test. Porsche must overcome these challenges and work to deepen his affection for Kinn.

Star Power

Kinn, the Playboy mafia’s openly gay leader, has always been serious; he knows he will inherit the family, so he has never had time for excessive play. At the same time, we see a level of softness toward him, and this is best portrayed by Apo Nattawin Wattanagitiphat. Porsche is an absolute idiot with zero survival skills or zero survival instincts. Porsche is simple and forgiving; he cares deeply for those he cares for, even though he does not always make the best choice. Apo’s casting was also good because he is just as wild as Porsche; therefore, Mile Phakphum Romsaithong is perfect for this. The other supporting and side characters give an amazing performance as well.

Overall Opinion

If you want a change of pace from the current dramas you are watching or if you want something new, you should certainly watch this male love drama. It is a breath of fresh air.
