Drama Digest

It is a Korean drama where some high school students decide to be YouTubers. Does it mean no college? Will their parents support them? What will their teachers say about this? Binge-watch this show and discover how these students will follow their dreams.

The Feel-Good Part

The concept was innovative, and it was so cute. It is a quick binge; it will take about 30 minutes to finish the series. This web drama was so wholesome. All four main characters’ story is shown one by one and not too over the top. They gave all actors equal importance in the show.

The Disappointing Factor

The show ended quickly. The audience was expecting more from it, but it ended quickly.

In-Depth Analysis

Park bo Hyun struggles with finding a passion/want to do anything despite being at the top of the class, and later, after joining the YouTuber class to help his friend, he finds a passion for being a PD.

Kwon Hyuk is a makeup artist who wants to be acknowledged by people and get more subscribers to earn money, but as the show moves forward, he is shown as a sentimental man who loves make-up, becomes very emotional when something happens to his friends, and is disliked by being a beauty artist, but continues to be a YouTuber.

And we have Yoo Ha Ol, who was not what she looked like in the first three episodes. She has a sad backstory of why she started YouTube, Yoo was lonely as her parents were divorced when Yaa was small, and lived with her mom, and her mom was busy with work, so she started YouTube to get people’s love, but her mother quit her job to support her daughter. In the end, it turned out she did not want to be YouTuber. Still, a teacher like her teacher [no jaemin] and does not want to hurt her mom by telling her she wants to quit it, the teacher tells her mom, and because her mother is as supportive as usual, they end up with a bond between her and her mother, and her remaining quads cry when he sees her.

The teacher (no Jae min) is the most supportive guy who learned how to be a YouTuber to teach that class to help his students.

Star Power

The cast is brilliant. The dialogue delivery by the actors was A1. They portrayed their characters nicely and gracefully. The drama shows the problems faced by the students when they follow their dreams, which are presented by the actors with their brilliant acting skills in this drama.

Overall Opinion

The cast, the production, the direction, dialogue delivery, everything was top-notch. It is a very wholesome show because the teacher-student bond, the friendship goals, and the mother-daughter bond were commendable. What else could you ask for except it to be a big drama with more episodes?
