Drama Digest

Once, actor Kang Seo Joon was Korea’s biggest and popular star. But now his career his declining. He believes he had a change of fortune wen he meets and falls for Han Ji Woo. Having two different personalities they come into a relationship. The more conservative Han Ji Woo and free-spirited Kang Seo Joon faces problems when they realise that their outlooks are distinct from each other in every aspect of life, love and other things.

The Feel-Good Part

The storyline was promising and coherent with well clarified characters. The story is admirable. The plot is promising and makes sense. Every scene was shot perfectly. The scenes between the leads makes the heart skip a beat.

The Disappointing Factor

Some parts fell like execution is not done well. Rest of the story, plot, cinematography was perfect. It didn’t feel disappointing.

In-Depth Analysis

To my Star is a interesting and unique plot. The relationship between the young men is portrayed beautifully who has different careers. Their personalities added depth to the characters. The glimpse of the entertainment industry. The struggles of living a normal life as an actor and getting involved in controversies is also indicated in the drama. The continuous engagement of couple made it interacting. The pacing is elegant. The ending was enormous. Things were explained nicely and was settled till the end. The concept of being gay is explained with generosity. The story has moved wonderfully and looked natural.

Star Power

The cast was fantastic in portraying their roles. The acting was natural. It didn’t felt awkward. Every interaction of the couple was adorable and admiring.

Overall Opinion

This is an amazing drama to go a bead with. The plot was lovable.
