At that moment, Geum Pil decides to become a comic writer.

The Feel-Good Part

The drama showed reality. It shows how people struggle and their daily lives, their relationship with their jobs. The characters make you sympathize from moment to moment and then suddenly make you regret your decisions. But the male lead showed us a positive side, and he taught us how to look for positivity in every situation. The male lead had a bright side, but it made him look selfish at times.

The Disappointing Factor

Nam Geum Pil, as a father, was presented too much as a loser. Some scenes became redundant. The ending felt like things were being rushed. The character conclusions were not well-handled.

In-Depth Analysis

The story revolves around a man who is tired of his job and decides to quit the job and start working as a comic writer. This drama is a manga adaptation of “Ore Wa Mada Honki Dashitenai Dake.” A grandfather has worked hard to make his son achieve something. But he refused to develop in many ways. His daughter also suffers as she is not getting a father’s support. The supporting characters will touch your heart. This is not purely a comedy-drama but has comedy portrayed to the events related to the male lead. The thing that enhanced the value of this drama is that it hadn’t sugar-coated situations to make them attractive. The production and cinematography were done right. The comic scenes were minimum, and the drama did not loose its motive.

Star Power

Apart from the main leads this drama has set the standard for guest and side roles. Park Hae Joon, Kim Gab Soo and Park Jung Yeon were the perfect fits for their roles.

Overall Opinion

This drama is a slice of life with a lot of positivity in it. It also has observational comedy with ordinary people.
