Drama Digest:
Yoon Hye Jin is a well-known dentist in Seoul. One day she discovered that her senior dentist is overcharging patients, so she had a feud with her and resigned the day after. The senior dentist makes her life a living hell. She takes on a trip to the idyllic seaside village of Gongjin, where she meets Hong Du-sik. Everybody respects him in the village because he takes care of the elders and he is not ashamed of doing any odd jobs. Both have an intense past, they grow to like each other’s company. The ML have the dark side that no one knows.
The Feel-Good Part:
This show gives a positive and relaxing vibe due to how the character works selflessly and doesn’t get scared that easily. It gives strength to fight against the bullies and stand alone and fight. The writers have done a splendid job in narrating the story of this drama as it was in the movie Mr. Handy, Mr. Hong. Although it’s a small village story, it is very well written and narrated which can grasp the audience’s attention easily.
The Disappointing Factor:
Not everything is perfect but it’s not overtopping, although it lacks some elements. The supporting cast has done a great job and saved some of the boring episodes. Although it is kind of different from the original movie, a few episodes are boring with their triangle love scenarios.
