Drama Digest

Her Bucket List is a South Korean mini-series adapted from a web-toon. The drama tells the story of a woman, Cha Ra Ri, who decides to end her life after suffering from depression because of her boyfriend’s death. Just when she decided to end her life, she saw a bucket list that she and her boyfriend wrote together. The Bucket List gave a new lease of life to Cha Ra Ri.

The Feel-good Part

The plotline is unique and different from the usual romance dramas, which is refreshing to watch on screen. The theme of the story, despite being deep and heavy, the scenes were balanced out with proper comedy, kudos to the director!

The Disappointing Factor

Though the plotline had a lot of potentials to create an exciting storyline, the plot twist, which was utterly unseen may shock you, and for some of you, it might feel stupid. The initial episodes were going great, but the later episode couldn’t match the pace. Lastly, if you read the original web-toon of the drama, you would see the changes between the two as the fans would agree that the drama failed to level up the Web-toon.

Overall Opinion

Overall, this drama gives a message of hope that in the end, love always wins no matter what, and the fears will never cease if we don’t take the first step. The drama gives out a very positive message that there is light at the end of the tunnel. This is an excellent heartfelt mini-series that can be binge-watched in a day.
