Drama Digest
An ordinary College student, Kono Totono, who loves to eat curry and has no friends, is a curious cat. He constantly questions the activities of the society and comes up with his theories and interpretation. But he is not aware of the impending doom that will to turn his world upside down. One morning he wakes up and finds himself in hot water. He is accused of being a prime suspect in murdering his classmate that he doesn’t remember committing. He is interrogated by the police and detectives for the murder case he is accused of. During the interrogation, he observes the hints and worries hidden between the case and the behaviors of the detectives. Kono is determined to unravel the mystery, to know about the mystery and how things unfold watch the drama.
The Feel-Good Part
The performance of the main cast members is the most brilliant part of the Drama. There are some amazing and overblown moments of scenes, dialogues, and action. The mystery spun around the drama is highly decisive. The intriguing plot leaves the audience to ask for more. The audience can feel the dark mystery, suspense, and action to their bones. Even though there are loose ends the cast and performances of the actors do not let you down.
The Disappointing Factor
Even though the thrilling mystery shakes you to the bone, you can feel there are some loose ends or mystery left unresolved. For instance Kono’s childhood narrative feels less descriptive and unresolved. Things might feel rushed in the end making it look limited which is a disappointing factor for the audience.

The Mystery of Iunakare is based on a mystery- crime Manga room filled with wits and stunning scenes. As the plot progresses it is filled with twists and cliffhangers leaving the audience on the edge of their seats. It also explores the psychological aspect which balances well with the drama. Making the mystery-thriller entertaining the cast and the production team has done a great job. This drama stands up to the expectations of the viewers.
Star Power
Masai Suda’s character Kono is a “seen before “ character with “eccentric intelligence” but the performance given by Masai leaps over the biases and wins hearts. The adrenaline rush that the character of Masai emits is the one to keep the audience glued to their screens from the beginning till the end. Sairi I starring alongside Suda also stood out with their amazing screen presence.
Overall Opnion
If you are a lover of detective drama or mystery you are bound to love it. The screenwriting, narration, and characters stand out with their dynamic performances. And when you are at it don’t forget to check out the OST about which everyone is going crazy. The drama not only has provided the audience with a visual treat but a melodic track to reminiscence s well. It is a 4-star drama with wits and suspense-packed into one.
