Kimiko manages a small bakery that was inherited by her from her family, but struggles were all in her way. Kita Kaoru, who is newer than Mimiko, starts to work part-time in the bakery. He used to be a chief at a restaurant but, he doesn’t like to talk about his past. Despite the secrets, Kaoru becomes a vital part of the bakery.

The feel-good part –

The best part is this drama doesn’t get too enormous. It is a light-hearted romantic drama with a foodie theme. The storyline of this drama is modest and obvious.

 The disappointing factor –

The ending didn’t feel touched. It could have halted in a decent tone. The story could have been more fascinating.

In-depth analysis –

Bakery mimiy is filled with fresh cakes. Mimiko is a hardworking and cheerful manager who inherited the business. She is short-handed after a part-time quit, she overcomes the situation with strength. One day a man who is a chef by profession, wanted to work in the bakery. When asked for the job Mimiko hires him immediately. He is younger than Mimiko. Kita the part-timer becomes valuable support to the bakery. A regular customer comes to the bakery and tells them that their egg rolls taste different from the usual ones. That day Kita felt happy to touch a customer’s heart.

Star power –

The series is enhanced by the performance of actors from the extras to the leads. Overall actors performed well on their side.

This drama sends favorable vibes from the advent. It feels like things were scrambled to the end. This drama can help you lift your mood.
