Drama Digest  

Hayashi is a high school student who is engaged in doing all sorts of fun activities which doesn’t make sense. His charm never fails to draw others to him. He is hard to pin down. He also helps at his parents’ restaurant to finance his activities. His only motive to live is “it’s comfortable to have enough free time”. The leads are the charm of this theatre, their, joys and anxiety are earth-shattering.

The Feel-Good part

The show is well made and complex. Lighting and shots added more meaning to the scenes. The story is unique and shows the distinct colours of the writer. The drama inspires us to go out and be ourselves. It is an excellent drama that can drag your attention into it quickly. The editing, sets, the relationship between the characters, the addition of side characters and the recurring theme can captivate you.

The Disappointing Factor

It seemed like the writer is experimenting with genres. It is difficult to assume that it is a dramatic or funny story. The characters are also confusing none, is explained clearly. The characters are just thrown in without their development.

In-Depth Analysis

The Centre of this drama is Hayashi, a high school boy who wastes his time in many ways. He is sometimes counting the stairs of the school or creating word games. He enjoys wasting time makes him feel he has time only to waste. Hayashi is impulsive and carefree he puts himself to live a man enjoying life. In the story, he comes in contact with different kinds of characters attracting their attention and impacting their life in many ways. His classmate Naikaido Akira lives in the past. His friend Medaka helps him to live in the present and enjoy presently. The beginning of the drama is a bit confusing as all the characters are loosely connected  The theme is relatable, being a short drama it managed to take care of the characters relationship. The genres woven into the show feels like a whole new world. Adapted from the manga of the same name by Wayama Yama.

Star Power

All the characters are charming and heart-warming in their way. The series is enhanced by the impressive acting style of the actors. Side characters of the story are also engaging.

Overall Opinion

It is a quirky show that manages to make you laugh and make you think about different aspects of life. It feels like a celebration of youth, championship, and finding people with whom you can connect.
