Momoko Uchida is a famous manga writer and lives with her only son and second husband. Her best friend Mizuki Tomizawa is a successful corporate professional and her husband Kazuta manages the home. Into this set-up, enters Uchida’s ex-husband Kamoi Yosuke and is his new wife Rumi. Uchida and her ex-husband Yosuke separated twenty years back.
Since all three families live in the same building, they run into each other more often than not. These meetings and interactions result in chaotic moments in their lives which need to be sorted.
The series focuses on the unsaid sentiments and their tangled lives. It also explains the reason Uchida and Yosuke separated.
Will the three families be able to live in harmony is central theme of the series.
The Feel Good Part
Fabulous cinematography, chic fashion and amazing aesthetics. Also, the female characters are quite powerful.
The Disappointing Factor
Some of the scenes are sans emotion and might not resonate with all. One or two characters are so devoid of emotion that you wonder if they are human.
In-Depth Analysis
The series is gripping and gets you to be part of their lives. That being said, it also gets you to root for a particular character or couple. It also makes you wonder if being rich or famous necessarily means happiness.
