Drama Digest

Fukai Kyo is a former athlete and now a coach, so Morimiya and his father visit him and the coach agrees to train Morimiya. Guu, an alien arives the Earth, claiming that a genocide took place in the Earth’s twin star, and he escaped form thiere. He offers Morimiya to transform his entire body to a special wheelchair armour.

The Feel-Good Part

The explanations of each storyline to the audience are intricate and interesting. The sets and locations where the animation takes place are lovely and scenic. The apparel and the aesthetics of each anime character and the music used for the anime is well-executed. This show is unbelievably high quality, with the editing done a bit different than the other anime made like this. Some scenes displayed in the drama bring out more flashbacks and nostalgia to specific characters of the previous episodes of the show. Being a bite-sized show, it is convenient for the audience to watch.

The Disappointing Factor

Despite being an interesting show, the drama is not new enough to excite the audience. The story gets confusing and difficult to relate to once it goes into the intricacies of the alien involved in the life of the protagonist, Morimiya. The display of the scene when the wheelchair track and field athlete is shown are made, with less accuracy. Some parts of the story are over-dramatic and overhyped. Some characters are too controversial. The synergy and companionship between Morimiya, the alien and the other characters would’ve been the main highlight, but it fell short for it.

In-Depth Analysis

Inspired by the real struggle the athletes face in real life, this show is heartwarming. The animation and visuals for the show are well made. The acting is applaudable, and the music is well-executed. The characters are adorable with funny dialogues and solid acting. The overall crux of the story is fun and amazing to watch, with the seriousness kept alive in their respective positions. The cast is impressive and attractive. The main lead, Morimiya is very impressive and a true “hero” of the show, and it inspires the audience.

Star Power

They have been showcasing real emotions on the stage, which speaks to the audience the most. The audience has perceived this drama as unconventional and different from the rest. The considerable time gap taken between each episode says of improvement in graphics, storyline and animation with every episode. While the other dramas mainly glorify how amazing sports-related anime is, this series doesn’t take that path. It takes instead a lonely way of showcasing the struggle to find something meaningful and innovative to incorporate.

Overall Opinion

Someone who wishes to watch a fun and comical take on sports will love the series.
