Drama Digest
A fashion shopper, Gu Xi Xi, runs a small online shop from home. She buys Alex’s couture wedding clothing for her customers. During a private reception, Gi Xi Xi gets introduced to Yin Si Chen, the black-bellied president who was present to talk about the business coalition with Alex. An uncertain event happens, which leads them to maintain a temporary contract marriage, for a winning situation relating to Alex. In the contract marriage they find their love instead being opposite of each other.
The Feel-Good Part
The chemistry between Wang Yu Wen and Wang Zi Qi is on fire. They paired up together well, and they were adorable as a couple. Their screen time was enjoyable. The second couple’s was boring at the same time. Their story was not engaging.
The Disappointing Factor
The third couple storyline was not exciting nor engaging. The storyline was predictable, and that at times becomes annoying.
In-Depth Analysis
The drama revolves around a contract marriage that turns into true life. The principal leads were cute, and their chemistry was off the charts. They had grinning interactions after confessing to each other. The plot was predictable and full of troupes. The second leads were toxic. The second couple felt underdeveloped. Wang Zi Qi’s acting feels natural. Wang Yu Wen became dumb as the episodes went on, though. Wang Yu Whn as Xi Xi were promising. She added some toughness and mischievousness to the character. The overall story and plotline was enjoyable.
Star Power
The acting is on point. Yin Si Chen played Wang Zi Qi and looked great in modern outfits. He also made the wicked side smile. Uvin Wang was impressive in playing her character. Zhong Li Li as Ran Xi Wei’s costumes were stunning. She also acted nicely. Lan Yi is complimented for his role as Mo Zi Xian.
Overall Opinion
This drama is an adaptation of the novel “Contract Wife Run Away From the CEO.” It is a romantic drama that includes bickering turned-over the sweet couple. It is a watchable drama with a lot of fluff love.
