Drama Digest

Ye Wan Ge, a regular office employee, experiences a car accident that unexpectedly leads to her becoming a character within a story. Believing that she can return to her reality, she brings the male lead, Feng Mu Chen, and the virtuous female lead, Lu Wan Qing, together. Despite repeated efforts, Ye Wan Ge’s plans continuously falter, prompting her to comprehend that her escape hinges on fulfilling the life quests intricately woven into the narrative.

The Feel-Good Part

It was a good series with a simple plot and love story. The lead couple also has a great bond and won the audience’s heart. The humor in the series was great too.

The Disappointing Factor

The beginning episodes started as highly confusing and not very interesting to watch. The show lost a ton of viewers due to the beginning episodes and lack of storyline.

In-Depth Analysis

Though it was a fantasy drama, the story lacked a lot of realistic features and distinction. The female lead became unbearable in some parts. She tried so hard to be cute, which made the show slightly cringy. The show became exciting and fun after the first eight episodes. There was also a lot of character development. The supporting characters did a great job as well. In novels, the plot often lacks a predetermined path, resulting in a fluidity that allows for diverse storytelling approaches. Hence, the show became relatively uninteresting and cringy.

Star Power

The cast did a great job throughout the series. The female lead did an exceptionally great job of switching between the worlds and personalities. The role of Ye Wan Gi was played by Ji Mei Hen. Wang Run Ze played the role of Feng Mu Chen, Zheng Shu Huan was as Lu Wan Qing, Bai Cheng Jun played the role of Chen Ye, Juicy Zuo was as Su Yin Yin, and Zhu Chen Hao was as Zou Cheng Ji.

Overall Opinion

If you like a romantic drama, this one is a must watch!
