This time they have to face the changes as well as the truth behind the car accident that took their partner’s lives. What happened to their lives now? How will they face it? Watch the drama today to find out more.

 The Feel-Good Part

The drama discusses various types of relationships, such as mother-daughter, sister-sister, and friendships, as well as the love between a husband and wife. Other than relationships, the healing and grieving of ordinary people, the realistic way of narrating love, and the gap that is caused by the loss of loved ones are also aspects that make this drama feel good.

 The Disappointing Factor

The drama is a slow-moving one and also uses intense emotional scenes, which makes the series in some parts feel boring. And in the end, the story kind of felt incomplete with a sad ending. Apart from this, the show is good to watch.

 In-Depth Analysis

“Life After Death” is a Chinese-language romantic melodrama series that talks about love, relationships, grief, and care. The plot of the series revolves around widows Keung Yuk-Sing and Laura Fong Lok-Man, whose lives changed forever after an accident that happened seven years ago. The accident had taken their partner’s lives, including Laura, the protagonist’s one of her twin children. The terrific accident had pushed them into a life of grief and sorrow. After 7 years, they met again in an unusual environment in a boxing gym where Keung Yuk-Sing was working, and later Laura ended up becoming his insurance agent. But they didn’t know about their interlink connection-the car accident, which changed their lives forever. And this time the story develops when new characters are involved and also the mysteries behind the accident are revealed.

The drama is the result of a well-articulated plot and screenplay in which the central characters’ and incidents’ placements were emphasized with great accuracy. And also, because of being categorized as a melodramatic drama, this series has given equal space to both emotional and healing.

 Star Power

The cast includes Frankie Lam as Keung Yuk-Sing and Priscilla Wong as Laura Fong Lok-man, and both of them have done excellent work in acting as widowed partners. Their efforts in acting so intensely are more appreciable. Apart from the main characters, there are actors like Shiga Lin as Sherman Fong Su-Man, the sister of Laura, who has portrayed a more remarkable way of breaking sisterhood, which is highly praiseworthy.

 Overall Opinion

The series is a bit faster than usual, and in moving towards the last episodes of the series, it converges into a revenge story. So, it is a better recommendation for those who love melodramatic romance series.
