Web drama “Emperor or Boss” is a sweet, humorous, and brief romance. If you want to relax and just enjoy the ride, this is a fantastic stress-reliever. It’s a simple and binge-watchable watch as long as you don’t have high expectations and don’t anticipate a high-budget production.
