Drama Digest

A Japanese fascist dictatorship officer was operating as a Communist spy force, Russian and Korean agents to carry out an assassination plot. In 1941, Nazi Germany declared war on the Soviet Union. Given Manchukuo’s allegiance to Cheng Tian, the Russians find themselves in a predicament where they are threatened from all sides. In secret, their spy agency devises a long-term strategy. Tang Fei (Liu Yunlong), a Communist spy, is assigned to infiltrate the enemy by posing as their own. He meets Cai Meng (Han Chae Young) at the Security Bureau, a lady motivated to defy Japan’s authorities. They aim to defeat the enemy on their turf by gaining each other’s trust.

The Feel-Good Part

There isn’t a single episode in the drama that isn’t used, and all conceptually relevant scenes are interconnected in a logical sequence. Some have a few leaps, but there aren’t many problems or vulnerabilities. Because each step of the calculation has alternative solutions, one of which will be unpredictable, and the strategy will crash. I’m not sure if this has ever happened in history. I adore the protagonist’s character design and perception, even if it isn’t. Human nature is what it is—the human habitation concept.

The Disappointing Factor

The ultimate drama is up to the mark, but there are far too many cuts and editing. The first trial hides all the flaws, whereas the second trial ruins everything. It made no difference from the standpoint of a positive outcome.

In-Depth Analysis

A high-level intelligence war thriller challenges viewers’ perceptions of prior spy war dramas. The author continues to exceed the expectations of the audience. The author’s fantastic performance goes beyond the audience’s expectations. Regarding acting skills, I believe that the protagonist’s experienced actor has almost nothing to say, but that the supporting actor, Wu Peng,’s acting abilities are stunning and exceptional. Furthermore, the supporting cast is equally impressive. Finally, I’d like to say something. It is impossible to forget our warriors. We don’t want any of our heroes to lose in battle. From the emperor’s resurrection, we need far more warriors.

Star Power

Liu Yunlong appears in and directs the film and drama Odds, with the most remarkable artistic attention to detail. Thank you to the entire cast and crew, especially Yunlong. To summarise, Miss Cai Meng did a fantastic job throughout the show. All actors, particularly renowned acting teacher Li Liqun, gave excellent performances. Fu Yuan, who plays the Japanese director in the show, is also a talented actor. It’s a bit of a giggle.

Overall Opinion

Even though there are many analytical spots, the central concept is outstanding, the performers are talented actors, and I respect all anti-fascist warriors. Overall, I enjoyed this drama’s plot since it is relevant. It appeals to me greatly. There are some flaws, but I don’t mind criticizing them. Suspicion of Soviet agents was still being condemned. As a result, they were either executed or imprisoned at Qincheng. This ending is more terrible than battlefield tragedies, a piece of evidence we must never neglect.
