Childe Xie’s Wine is a fantasy and romance genre short drama. The plot is about a present-day girl, Meng Xiaofan who finds herself in the ancient period after dropping from the sky, possessing an alluring beauty. By a mere chance she barges into Childe Xie Xun’s wine shop. She discovers that she might have entered a game world where she has the magnificent beauty which can destroy countries and cities. She pursues Xie Xun, which is the bravest decision of her life in 20 years. However, life doesn’t go smoothly for them as crisis soon befalls them. Meng Xiaofan is given a choice of either choosing her love or to sacrifice each and every-one. What will Meng Xiaofan do?

The best thing about Childe Xie’s wine is that the plot is directed and focused towards the supposed track and not all over the place. The flow of the plotline is good with heart fluttering chemistry by the leading couple. Childe Xie’s Wine has ample cute and feel good part that will surely be enjoyed by the viewers.
The Disappointing Factor
The major Disappointing factor in Childe Xie’s Wine is it’s ending. The ending seemed very forced as there was no explanation of how the male lead, Xie Xun ended up in the present time. This would have been explained in the drama.

Childe Xie’s Wine is a short Chinese drama that explores the genre of Comedy, Romance, History, Fantasy. Meng Xiaofan who is the female lead of the short length series, finds herself in the ancient period where she becomes the magnificent beauty, Meng Yufan, with power to cause downfall of countries and cities. She decides to woo and pursue Xie Xun(the male lead) who is the owner of the tavern. The drama gets interesting as the plot progresses, and Meng Xiaofan is shown to have the choice of decision as to whether to save her love, Xie Xun or the people.

Fan Zhi Xin is the male lead in this short length series and plays the role of Xie Xun or Xie Tui Si. Qiao Jing Wen plays the titular role of Meng Yu Fan or Meng Xiaofan. Childe Xie’s Wine is a short length series, this C-drama is a feel-good series which will leave you feeling fluffy and happy. There is not much drama revolving around this series which is a cherry on the cake if you don’t want to watch any complicated storyline. The acting delivered by the actors are praiseworthy, the best thing about this C-drama is that it has a happy ending! With the duration of only 10 minutes, the series has a total of 20.We definitely recommend you watching this short series if you want to watch the genre that includes fantasy-romantic-historical or comedy.
