“Cat and Dog” is a fantasy where all kinds of mythological creatures including demons and gods, exist. Xi Xiao Hui, a half-demon decides to help Mu Bai and Jiang Ye in slaying the bad spirits. Xi Xiao Hui unlocks the secrets of her past as she helps the spirit slayers.
The Feel-Good Part
This drama covers multiple genres which makes it entertaining. The chemistry between the leads is excellent.

This drama looks dragged at times. The CGI is bad and the screenplay makes the plot confusing. The acting is also not up to par.
In-Depth Analysis
Xi Xiao Hui runs a restaurant that is on the verge of bankruptcy. She decides to hire new employees and put up a notice of recruitment to revive her business. Mu Bai and Jiang Ye apply for the job while hiding their spirit slayer identity. Three of them open the nameless restaurant, but a series of misfortunes blocks their path. This series is more suitable for teenagers. It is lacking in the area of CGI. The acting is average and the screenplay is also faulty. It sometimes makes you feel bored and confused, but the story is entertaining. This story portrays love and hatred in a humorous tone.
Star Power
Wang Pei Han, Jung Ye Bin, and Zhou Chuan Jun did an excellent job presenting their character along with other supporting actors.
Overall Opinion
Overall, this series is watchable. It has an interesting story even though it lacks in other areas. Considering everything, this series can be tagged as average.
