Thailand's music is highly regional, with people of each region preferring their music. However, because of the advent of the Internet and globalization, Thai music is becoming increasingly integrated. It has started to achieve relevance, with the people of its surrounding countries beginning to like it. Lyricists play a vital role in producing music. Thailand's songwriters have written songs that have a great depth of words. Many of them also like to sing and compose the pieces themselves. 1. Cheewin Boyd Kosiyabong

Kosiyabong was born in Bangkok on 5 September 1967. He is a famous lyricist, music producer, and singer. The Thailand National Film Association nominated him for the award of Best Original Song. He has worked in a variety of genres, including Pop, Contemporary R&B, and Rhythm and blues. Many of Kosiyabong's songs have topped the music charts. His music is praised as deep and insightful, making him one of the most sought-after Thai lyricists.

2. Rimi Nique

Rimi Nique was born in Thailand on 16 March 1990. She is a prevalent lyricist and singer of Thai and Indian origin. Her popularity soared due to her performances on shows, including The Stage, India's Raw Star, and The Voice Thailand Season 2. She is capable of singing in six languages, making her music vibrant. She is part of the band "Dabbles in Bloom," with their first album released in 2010.

3. Sala Khunnawut

He was born in the Amnat Charoen Province on 5 April 1962. Khunnawut is a singer and lyricist. He did his graduation from Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. He was initially a teacher at Ban Rai Khee School. He left it to work in the music industry. He is presently working with the record label Grammy Gold. His work is the reason for the success of many artists, including Monkaen Kaenkoon, Siriporn Ampaipong, and Mike Phiromphon, among many others.

4. Apiwat Ueathavornsuk

Also known as Stamp Apiwat, Apiwat was born in Bangkok on May 13, 1982. He is a lyricist, musical theatre actor, and singer. The Voice Thailand appointed him as one of its four judges. His collaborations with renowned singers like POP ETC, DEPAPEPE, and Crowd lu, among many others, have only increased his prestige. Sci-Fi, released in 2014, was his first album of full-length. 5. Phan Sakulnee

Phan Sakulnee, also known as Waiphot Phetsuphan, was born in Bang Pla Ma District of Thailand on 7 March 1942. He wrote the songs Countryside Singer and Keaw Roe Phee for Pumpuang Duangjan. His success resulted in him being honored as 1997's National Artist of Thailand. Some of his trendy songs were a part of the soundtrack for the film Fistful of Vengeance. His wife was Orachorn Sakulnee. He died in Bangkok on 12 January 2022.

6. Pongsit Kamphee

Pongsit "Pu" Kampee was born on May 2, 1967, in Mueng district, Nongkhai province. He was a Phleng pneuma chiwit genre producer and rock singer. "Thuong Phuean," his first solo album, was released in 1987. He achieved popularity with releasing the album "Sua Tua Thee 11" in 1990. His 1992 album "Ma Tam Sanya" is famous for its trendy songs "Thai Thoe Khuen Ma," and " Ma Tam Sanya."

7. Seksan Sukpima

Seksan Sukpima, also known as Sek Loso, was born in Thailand on 7 August, 1974. He comes from a family of farmers and, at the age of 12, migrated to Bangkok. Than Boonsoongnern, known as The Toys, was born on 1 December 1995. He is known for his work as a musician, record producer, lyricist, rapper, and singer. He was signed to What The Duck record company after his song, "Na Nao Tee Law, " was enthusiastically received. At age 18, he won the 9th Overdrive Guitar Contest. "Gon Ruedoo Fon, " his debut single, gained heavy popularity in Thailand. His first album, "SUN," was released in October 2018.

10. Aed Carabao

Yuenyong Opakul, also known as Aed Carabao was born on 9 November 1954. He is a member of the Thai rock band Carabao, and its leader, lyricist, and singer. The band is primarily known for its pieces of the "songs for life" genre. Carabao's fifth album, Made in Thailand, catapulted the band to fame. It was commercially successful, with five million copies sold. He has created more than 900 songs, which makes him one of the most significant lyricists and singers in the world.
