Several well-known anime characters are evil. It does, however, imply that they have committed some grave errors. These characters have the impression of being kind and innocent. On the other hand, they could also have a quality or personality that makes them threatening adversaries who can harm others. Below are the top 10 anime characters loved by many people but horrific.

1. Watari (Death Note)

Although Watari appears to be among the naiver characters in the anime, he is not. Character Watari emerges to be well-liked by the fanbase on a nearly universal basis. It's not something he merits. When the orphanage opened, the children were so greedy and feared that one committed himself and another started taking other people's lives.

2. C.C. (Code Geass)

The green-haired immortal C.C., whose sarcastic demeanor and pizza addiction thrill viewers. However, C.C. also committed an outrageously sinister act for which she has never been held accountable. Finally, Mao got killed by C.C., and the matter is thus, resolved. C.C. eventually returns to being a favorite of the audience.

3. Hisoka (Hunter X Hunter)

He explicitly doesn't care about being decent, so Hisoka's wrong character is somewhat evident. Fighting and eliminating everyone who poses a delightful challenge to him are Hisoka's top goals. He will, thus, occasionally side with the good folks but will gladly turn against them when it suits him. He doesn't have the slightest idea of morality. Despite this, Hisoka has a large following of admirers. He is incapable of minding anyone but himself, which is restoring. His comic-like appearance is both scary and endearing.

4. Vegeta (Dragon Ball Z)

Throughout the series, Vegeta transforms from a baddie to an idol, making him an exhilarating, fiery figure. Fans quickly overlook all the terrible things he did while still a villain by focusing on how devoted he has grown to the Z Fighters or what a great father he is. Vegeta has changed, but he still hasn't entirely atoned for his many transgressions.

5. Accelerator (A Certain Magical Index)

In A Certain Magical Index, An Accelerator is one of the most adored characters, but not for the reasons you may think. He's a vicious and wicked psychic who strives to outdo everyone else and won't hesitate to step on others to achieve this goal. To demonstrate his potency, he kills 20,000 people. He came to the unfortunate conclusion that the best way to keep himself secure and alone is to be the most powerful because of his awful past. However, he also shows honest delight when he defeats formidable foes, indicating that he wants to showcase his superiority.

6. Hozuki (Hozuki No Reitetsu)

Hozuki is absolutely within his rights to behave inadequately. He is, and viewers adore him for it. Hozuki helps King Enma decide the fate of the cursed souls and manages their punishments. By any measure, it's a grim job, but Hozuki's aggressive tendencies go beyond the call of duty. While all of this, he occasionally shows generosity; hence, despite not being a particularly good person, he is an intriguing and well-rounded protagonist.

7. Alucard (Hellsing)

Alucard is a vampire who pivoted against his category to increase his chances of getting away with murder. 8. Revy (Black Lagoon)

The claim that Revy is one of the finest female characters in anime is not unjustified. Revy's popularity isn't because she has a considerate soul, though. Instead, she is a cruel mercenary who will gladly kill anyone who tries to stand in her path. From her father to the NYPD, she has endured tremendous brutality at their hands. Her cold-hearted behavior is reasonable, even empathetic, but it does not prolong the lives of the targets of her pursuit.

9. Miroku (Inuyasha)

A curse that could endanger Miroku's life can only get lifted through childbirth, and therefore, he has a very compelling motive for wanting to have kids. However, there are other alternatives to grasping every lady he sees and getting pregnant, regardless of how strongly she may object, to produce children. Any admirable qualities Miroku might have been overwhelmed by the way he treats women, who are objects of his aggressive contempt.

10. Guts (Berserk)

The main character and reasonably popular Guts appears in Berserk. It isn't a result of his goodness; instead, it's a result of his complex and flawed nature. When his actual emotions show up, they frequently do so by using merciless methods because Guts has been traumatized to the point that he is essentially apathetic. Assaulting Casca, his former sweetheart paralyzed from trauma caused by Griffith's earlier assault, is one of the most egregiously horrible deeds of the Guts.   Guts find his subsequent behavior repulsive and disgusting, but that doesn't alter it already occurred.
