Drama Digest

Cougar on the Prowl Special is here to bring you the best of both worlds. Cougar on the Prowl showcases aunties (played by Godji Tachakorn Boonlupyanun) in a comedy talk show where they are hiring new faces who want to work in her company as stars. This special expands on that concept and invites two new faces that we love to see together. This time around, the show features GMM TV’s favorite BL couple from the hit drama 2gether the series. With special appearances from Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree and Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, we get a combination like no other. You can expect these episodes to be chaotic, fun, and wild in the best ways possible. With the aunties able to find the perfect stars for their company, what will Bright and Win have to offer to the company? Filled to the brim with laughter and high energy, watch this TV special to see all the chaos that ensues. There’s nothing better than a Cougar on the Prowl and 2gether the series crossover.

The Feel-Good Part

Cougar on the Prowl is already an extremely chaotic and wild show. It is known for its comedy and absurd moments that are just fun to watch at every point in time. 2gether the series is equally as chaotic and comedic with the addition of cute moments and fun and interesting storylines. The combination of the two is a match made in heaven with some quirky moments and comedy that will make you laugh out loud and make you feel extremely happy. Beyond the comedy and absurd tone of the show, it is also extremely kind and has great energy that makes the audience gravitate toward it. There is something extremely endearing and amazing about the idea of sassy aunties in the workplace so it is great that we get to see more of them with the addition of this special. Overall, the greatest part of this entire show is the aunties and the comedy that comes with their characters.

The Disappointing Factor

The aunties and the actors that are present in this show do tend to come off as a bit of caricature but within the confines of this show that is not really a problem and is actually what makes this drama so appealing. It would be nice to see the show tackle some great issues within the queer community but solely for its comedy it manages to be just as amazing. Absurd humor does tend to get a bit annoying after a while but with its short runtime and three episodes, it manages to keep its charm up and keep itself enjoyable.

In-Depth Analysis

Merging two chaotic shows is often a recipe for disaster. But Cougar on the Prowl and 2gether: The Series can strike the right balance and deliver some great comedic moments without losing their original charm and likeability. This is due to a great host and some great guests that just keep the audience coming back for more and wanting to see what other comedic shenanigans can come out from this cast of characters.

Star Power

The very talented, Godiji Tachaorn Boonlupyanun reprises her role in this show and delivers some instantly iconic moments once again.
