The story revolves around Cha Woo Sol, a victim of school violence. He was imprisoned in a boys’ prison due to an unexpected incident. Later, he meets mixed martial arts champion Jeong Do Hyeon. along with him, he breaks his limits one by one to seek revenge and make his bully pay.

The Feel-Good Part

All the action scenes were great, the way they were shot, and the sound effects. The background music played while fighting was amazing. There were touches of humor and the prison environment shown was realistic enough. The cast was amazing, along with the great action scenes.

The Disappointing Part

The movie is adapted from a webtoon “Shark”. The scenes in the film were short compared to the webtoon. There wasn’t much depth to the side characters, so it’s hard to connect or empathize with them. The ending was rushed and, was quite unsatisfactory and there was not much substance to the plot.

In-Depth Analysis

The lead character, Cha Woo Sol, is bullied in prison and out. He gets into fights and tends to get beaten up a lot but decides never to give up. He aimed to win against his much stronger opponent.

Star Power

Cha Woo Sol’s character in the movie is somewhat different than the Webtoon. This movie is an illustration of the first arc in the Webtoon. Won Chan was good at playing the villain. Wi ha Joon and Kim min Seok are the duo that no one expected to see.

Overall Opinion

It is a great movie to watch with great action. Although unfinished, it portrays the first part of the webtoon well.
