The Feel-Good Part

The movie is a unique exploration of mental illness. The film is beautifully shot and decently acted.

The Disappointing Factor

At times, the story feels overstuffed with a bunch of story strings. The main storyline was disappointing. For some people, the story might feel low-standard.

In-Depth Analysis

The theme they presented is fine, and the way they portrayed it is also good. The overall story seemed lame. The two people were constantly rejected by society. They found comfort with each other. Their bond is not shown deeply, it’s ordinary. The dialogues are not something that will move you up. The scenes where the leads was trying to express their emotions were heart-touching. The ending was elegant. They have been attempting to show us something that we are already familiar with. The overall story may not be up to the standard, but the production and action that was a pit in it are good.

Star Power

The leads did a fantastic work. They portrayed their roles perfectly. The overall acting, including the supporting and main actors, could have been levelled up.

Overall Opinion

The first time, the movie seems a lot, and you might re-watch it again. The film is adapted from a novel of the same name by Subaru Miaki.
