Movie Digest

A mysterious set of signals was captured by Earth’s space base, which experts believe came from another civilization in the universe named Messenger. They dispatched an exploratory spacecraft dubbed “Deep Space” to investigate this alien civilization. The strangely missing interstellar exploration vessel “Deep Space” reappears in low Earth orbit one hundred fifty years later. The Human Space Agency organized a temporary team to examine and question the only survivor.

The Feel-Good Part

The desert-style space capsule is lovely. The thriller’s atmosphere is superb, and it seems weathered. It stands out from other national sci-fi films that rely heavily on special effects and have weaker writing. Surprisingly, the speed is well captured. The concept of using asteroids to supplement energy and immediately change planets into large recirculating bottles is an excellent one. There are no preconceived notions and other science fiction metal spaceships.

The Disappointing Factor

The investigation is already underway as the opening sequence begins, which is not good, you’ll feel rushed into the film as a viewer, and it will take a while to get your bearings and grasp what was going on.

In-Depth Analysis

The entire film is divided into chapters and contains an interview with a female astronaut about her experience. After the first chapter, the pace seems to be fine and the story is intriguing, but not much is explained.

The spectator is presumed to be living in this advanced society (we are 150 years ahead of schedule) and is familiar with all of the technology. We remember about an alien species but never learn where they went. They are described as intelligent living forms, but their purpose is never revealed. He should still be alive, but he isn’t. What happens after the investigation is completed?

Star Power

Since a robot should have no emotions, the robot 7’s acting was fantastic! The female astronaut performed admirably in her duty. Given that this was a thriller, the performance was adequate.

Overall Opinion

Overall, this film is more cerebral than action-packed sci-fi. If this is your first Chinese science fiction novel, You’ll be impressed by sections of the plot but dissatisfied by others due to a lack of logical explanation. This film contains some thrills, making it an excellent one-time watch for a lazy day.
