Drama Digest
Sira a hardworking businessman who hates dirt and lies but deals with Keetika. Keetika is a tricky designer who does not have things going right with her mother, Parin, as she left her father for Papop, a garment-textile company owner. This makes Keetika have a constant run with Chanaratee, Papop’s daughter. Premyuda adopted Sira when he was a child. He works hard to get Sasa, a trouble maker, back on track for the sake of Premyuda. He asked Sasa’s ex, Keetika to work together to make Sasa come to the company. Without being aware that Premyuda is the reason for their break up. Sira and Keetika start to have feelings for each other till the end.
The Feel-Good Part
The lead couple looked beautiful together. Initially, they hardly communicated but afterward their chemistry was great. The plot was furthermore decent.
The Disappointing Factor
The story does not have gigantic scheme to fight, it is pretty bland. The story of the second couple is forced and they were annoying. The side character could have been more engaging and intriguing. The male lead’s back story was rushed in the ending.
In-Depth Analysis
You are my heartbeat is a true rom-com Thai-style drama with slapstick antics. The timing was also well-paced with cheesy romance and compelling music. The drama will keep you engaged from start to end. The look galore was the cherry on the top. Push and Mai had the great chemistry between them and the entire show were a showcase for them. They even did the comic part well. Kheetika was intellegent, and creative but vulnerable at times. She had no qualms manipulating the situations. The leads were get-go for the drama. It was a slow-burn romance. Sira was a smooth operator but said the adorable line to Kheetika. Gradually, Sira and Kheetika’s character development was seen. The second couple’s story can turn you off. The situation was contrived. The second couple was attractive but their outfits were unflattering.
Star Power
The lead couple complimented each other. The leads did a brilliant job. They were excellent in portraying their roles.
Overall Opinion
You are my heartbeat is one of the entertaining drama to watch when you feel low. It can entertain you with lots of dramas.
