The Feel-Good Part

The best part of the movie, Still Missing is undoubtedly the acting of the cast. The acting of the cast was compelling and natural, and you will not even realize that these are actors playing their roles.

The Disappointing Factor

The storytelling was very poorly done, and the screenplay too was poorly written, which could have been avoided.

In-Depth Analysis

Still Missing is primarily a thriller genre film that fails to set the mood of a thriller film. The suspense and mystery are a little lacking in the film, which is a crucial ingredient of the thriller genre. The characters were poorly written, which couldn’t even be saved by good acting. Kudos to the actors for doing such a great job. The editing and narration of the movie are severely lacking, which results in quite a messy screenplay.

Star Performance

Thai actress Pock Piyathida Mittiraroch plays the role of the distressed mother Pij, who is also the main character of the movie. The fellow main character of the film, the Kidnapper, is played by Thai actor Peter Nopachai Chaiyanam, who is also the director of the movie. The supporting cast of the film includes Thai actors such as Tungpang Pattarawadee Laosa, who plays the role of Jane, Ae Maneerat Kam-Uan plays the role of Rin. Pompam Niti Chaichitathorn plays the role of Ohm. The music composer of the movie is notable Thai music composers Max Jetsada Hongcharoen and Tang Nattapak Kaweethammwong.

Overall Opinion

Still Missing is a pretty average film in the genre of thriller, the acting in the movie is great, and the plotline would have been better as there was the scope of a better plotline, but it turned out pretty average. The main villain of the film would be the editing and direction of the movie, which makes the film barely thrilling. Overall, there are better movies in the thriller genre which deserve your attention, and you won’t surely miss out on a good film if you skip Still Missing.
