The drama focuses on the theme of honesty in married relationships. When the marriage of Naewprai and Yuanta gets tangled with that of Jomthong and Praekaew, things take a toll. One of the couples features the story of a flirtatious extrovert woman with an exemplary husband, and the other is an aspiring husband with an optimistic wife. Watch the story unfold as they merge deeper.

The Feel-Good Part

The storyline is well built. It offers unpredictable twists, and with the marvelous acting skills, the excitement factor goes over the board.

The Disappointing Factor

Minor flaws.

In-Depth Analysis

The dramas are well-written and beautifully constructed. Each episode doesn’t fail to nurture a different plot and keep it engaging till the end. The beginning starts parallelly until it slowly merges. Like many typical Thai family dramas, it uses the trope of the elder taking superiority over the next generation, extramarital affairs, and using marriage as an advantage in the company. But through the fabricative ways of these notions, the drama gains depth in terms of narrative technique. Threads are passed and surpassed over and over, enclosing the protagonists in an unfathomable mess. The first episode offers a spotlight on what’s happening. Naewprai’s marriage is in disorder, Praekaew’s wedding is fixed without her consent, and Lee offers her a realistic portrayal of the dark side of these marriages. The viewer is aware of what’s coming, yet the drama unfolds and ruptures these situations in such integrity that one cannot but stick to the end of it. The magic lies in the process of unveiling, and this drama surely doesn’t disappoint when it comes to that. Even though the theme concentrates on trust in married relationships, it upholds the brutalities of affairs and toxic relationships. The characters are the pillars of the drama. They capture the inevitabilities of their decisions which make them face the consequences. It provides down-to-earth writing by not limiting the characters to good or bad but putting them in a reasonable frame.

Apart from minor blemishes such as the inessential roles of Jomthong’s brother and sister, the drama carried intricate depth to the stories. It was enriching at every turn. With a superb setting and cinematography, this drama rightly owns a round of applause.

Star Power

Pae Arak Amornsupasiri exquisitely played Naewprai. He conveyed the dedication, hard work, heartbreak, and character’s affection with much depth. As the extravagant, riveting, and flirty woman, Peak Pattarasaya Kreursuwansiri was apt in curving every part of the character Yuanta to the core. In a more contradictory way, Wawwa Nicha Chokprajakchat amazingly portrayed the naïve, innocent, and almost inexperienced wife Praekeaw. Golf Anuwat Choocherdratana’s role as Jomthong was on point every time his eyes flared up. The supporting cast did amaze at bringing fluency to the drama. No wonder the screenwriters’ Waa Waasuthep Ketpetch and Ying Wanwipa Samngamjam lighted up the drama, even by staying off the screen. Without the direction of Nui Suttasit, it couldn’t have reached this level. Lastly, if not for the much-respected writer Krisna Asoksin, this domestic family saga wouldn’t have made its way to screen.

Overall Opinion

If you’re into some thrilling family time, then this is a perfect choice. It isn’t too small, nor is it burdening. With an intense storyline, it’s bound to get you thinking.
