Drama Digest

The story begins with Music renting a room in Bangkok. The owner says that, somebody else reserved it before her, but she didn’t show up on time. Cartoon, who booked it before Music, arrives hurriedly. But the finalization of the legal procedure with Music was done. She had already filled out the legal documents and paid the money. Later, Music finds Cartoon sitting gloomily. She says that after having a two hours journey from home, she’s almost exhausted and has nowhere to go. Music takes pity on her and lets her stay for one night. The next day, Cartoon leaves abruptly without saying goodbye, which leaves Music perplexed. Eventually, her friend Pia visits her and proposes that she’d share the room with her. Then Music wanders that despite having immense ability to buy an apartment, why did Pia suddenly decide to stay with her. Nevertheless, they get along well, but Pia has a purpose she doesn’t reveal.

The Feel-Good Part

Music’s exhilarating secret and Pia’s concealing purpose pave the way for some toe-curling moments.

The Disappointing Factor

The story’s skeleton stands on a frail structure with innumerable blank spaces that only vivifies the disconnection between scenes. The charm of filmic narration is devoid of fluency. Thus, it blatantly exposes the characters, situations and plot in a disjointed fashion. The writing lacks the essence of progression. It is as if put together to derive a meaning out of assumptions. These intricacies fall under the category of direction, which carries slight potential but primarily deficiency in putting everything together. The elements are fragmented parts of an uncombed storyline left to the viewer’s understanding.

In-Depth Analysis

The drama’s name bears excellent significance in curving the meaning and putting down a hint. It is a simple story of two lovers and perhaps much more, with the sharpening of filmic narrative. Relying on assumptions, the first part of the story is set to focus on and leave a hint about Music. The second part proceeds to talk about Pia’s objective. Thus, the story gains momentum. Based on the climax, the later episodes brought in. Circumstantial ruptures guide those. Then it follows reconnection. Moreover, encouragement of more LGBTQ+ movies and dramas through these new generation couples is crucial in present times. It shows the way to the emergence of more films and dramas that’ll help normalize the diversity of gender and sexuality while also breaking binary boundaries.

Star Power

As beginner actors, popular Instagrammers Aornnicha and Amy did very well in performing their roles. Amy’s cheerful character was a beautiful portrayal. Music’s bold and blatant self just needed a final polish. As with the other empty factors in the drama, they also showed a dearth of fulfilling their way of expressing themselves clearly. The supporting cast put real effort into the making of the drama.

Overall Opinion

For little and light watch and perhaps to promote the actors for a better drama or movie in future, you can give it a go and vote your decision.
