The Feel-Good Part

The chemistry between the lead roles is a treat to watch. Failing to accomplish your dream isn’t the end of everything; everyone has a second chance, and Seul Mi, through her character, has proven it.

The Disappointing Factor

The drama is too short and keeps the audience craving for more.

In-Depth Analysis

Seul Mi has been dreaming about becoming a civil servant as she started making public announcements at the age of 20. But her dream shattered as she failed to pass the civil services exam. She changed her career entirely and took a part-time job at a pub. As she started working there, things weren’t the same as she had imagined. Her co-workers had different personalities and couldn’t agree on the same thing. The manager at the pub is very arrogant and keeps blaming others for his own mistakes. Due to this, the workers at the pub find it challenging to coordinate well. Ki Seon-Ho, another main lead in the drama has an unfiltered speaking tone. He is smart and likes to tease people around him. Seul Mi and Ki Seon-Ho are very different from each other. But soon the romance starts taking place between the opposites, and the chemistry between them is incompatible.

Star Power

The craze for K-pop artists is undeniable. The drama has Da-Won from SF9 and Lee Eun-Sang former contestant of Produce X 101. Also, a soloist is a treat to watch for K-pop fans. Han Soo-Ah also acted in many recent dramas and has a fantastic performance in this drama.

Overall Opinion

Part-time Mello is a binge-worthy drama. It is a sweet rom-com and keeps the romance alive throughout the series. The drama has entertaining but straightforward plots.
