Drama Digest

Despite coming from a low-income family, Nana still manages to keep a positive outlook on life. She works part-time to support herself. In her neighborhood ward office, Koo Se-Ra is well known for frequently documenting civil complaints. Public servant Seo Kong-Myung (Park Sung-Hoon) teaches fifth grade. He always upholds his values, and he does his duties well. His aloof demeanor makes him unpopular with others. He starts dating Koo Se-Ra.

The Feel-Good Part

The story improves and remains captivating, with fast pacing and no dragging issues. One would be really glad to find this hidden gem drama since it’s been so long since one could find a drama one looks forward to watching each week. The acting and their affection feel natural and not forced, and this is evident all because of their actions and how amazingly they focus on all the characters. The music and plot are good too.

The Disappointing Factor

The ending feels rushed, which might have dropped the expectations of the viewers who were wishing for a simple closure instead of an over-the-top ending. One might have to give it a few episodes till they grow attached, as it does not grow on you from the beginning.

In-Depth Analysis

Goo Se Ra (Nana), who has spent her whole 29 years of existence in Mawon-gu, is nothing more than an underqualified laborer from a low-income family. On the one hand, this overzealous, self-declared Tax Guardian never permits a single act of malfeasance to escape her notice until it is reported and resolved as a civil complaint. To mention a few of her prior employers, she was dismissed from an internship, a contract job, and even an outsourced job due to her curious personality and propensity to lose her temper over unfair behavior. She notices that she is unintentionally becoming a professional retiree and decides it’s time for a change. This time, her enthusiasm is focused on the District Assembly, also known as the workers’ utopia. She actually has no choice but to run for office, win, and maintain her position now that she has entered the fray.

Star Power

Goo See Ra, as Nana, had a great deal of enthusiasm. Throughout the entire series, she was a valiant main character who never gave up. Actor Park Sung Hoon, and Seo Gong Myung, exudes charisma in spades. It’s great to witness such interesting personalities, and they both have fantastic chemistry.

Overall Opinion

One should definitely give this drama a try if they are an avid fan of Korean dramas, especially in the genres of romance and comedy, as this show is filled with both.
