Drama Digest
“High! Touch” is a web drama about second-year high school students who are about to go to third year. This drama portrays the life of 19-year-old teens who pursue their dreams and love. Han Yeon-Ju is an ordinary high school student who doesn’t understand what she likes. Eun Jae is an ace baseball player who is interested in Yeon-Ju and Yeon-Ju’s first love is Ji Eun Ho who is her childhood friend. Ko Keom is an idol trainee. The story unfolds between these four teens.
The Feel-Good Part
This is an interactive drama which responds to the viewer’s opinions this makes it very interesting and the webtoon is made simultaneously. The romance between leads is very wholesome.
The Disappointing Factor
It is very short but the story is slow-paced. It would’ve been more enjoyable if it has more episode with a bit more to the story.
In-Depth Analysis
This is a teen romance drama and explores the life of teenagers. They are worried about their future while trying to find love and going through confusion and various emotions. Yeon-Ju is unsure about her interests. One day, she receives a present and a confession from an unknown person which leaves her curious. Even though she is into Eun Ho, he is not very expressive of his feelings. Ko Keom, an idol trainee is also a potential love interest. The ending is decided by the viewers. This is an interactive web drama which makes it fun to watch.
Star Power
Since this is a web drama everyone are rookie actors. They might not be comparable to professional actors but they did fairly good including Seo Sung Hyuk and Han Ji-Hyo.
Overall Opinion
Overall, this drama has heart fluttering romance and is good to binge watch. A lot of teenagers can relate to this as it is the age where they look for love and comfort.
