Drama Digest
The drama begins with the enforcement by the Police that every school in Tokyo would have a police inspector residing on the campus. In this way, Ryuhei Shimada, who used to be a detective, gets selected to work at Akamine middle school. After starting his job, it all felt ordinary, but beneath all of this peaceful environment was dug the great darkness surrounding the school. Deeds like sexual abuse, drugs, and racism were quite the cause of this disturbance. The best part of the show is that it provides a balance between the different happenings in the episodes, which involve both the teachers and students at the school. Not only that, but the show offers excellent content on the whole. The various cases that popped up had their seriousness required. More profound kinds of problems have been depicted in the drama. Even a tiny amount of GL has also been mentioned in one of the episodes. The methods equipped by the police officer in getting hold of the situations are also quite interesting to watch.
The Disappointing Part
The fact that disappoints is that the individual cases which were focused on in the story have been given very less time, and they were resolved significantly quickly. The subplots could have got a little more time to focus on. The ending could have got a better follow-up.

The drama has been adapted from the book ‘School Police’ which was written by Mitsugu Sasaki. The acting is one of a kind, with each episode providing a thrilling experience. The talents of the cast and crew need to be appreciated as the hard work could be felt. The drama is probably not the most realistic of all, but the problems faced by the children are partly correct and agreeable even though not entirely real. The action choreography has also been done perfectly with the provided budget. Every problem that had been brought up in the show had been solved uniquely. Not one person from the show seemed out of line or less experienced.
