Although it is a feel-good drama, it disappointed some viewers in the ending. The story does not have a big plot and is short and sweet, but they dragged the 5 minutes episodes to make it longer. The plot was twisted to make the show last long. Some viewers have also mentioned that the drama is predictable. Besides that, the female lead acting was over the top in some scenes.

Tang Qizi wore an ancestral bracelet since childhood. That bracelet is connected to Tang Qin Jian’s jade pendant. After rescuing him, the two of them are trapped together within ten feet of distance and it forced them to stay close to each other. Hence, the two of them cohabitate together. Tang Qin Jian, now existing in the modern world, tries to adapt to modern life. The process also teaches Tang Qizi about Chinese medicine practices and teaches her how to excel in them. And so, love blossoms between the two of them, and they develop a sweet bond.
Star Power
The two main leads displayed excellent chemistry together. Zhang Linghe captured all the attention through his charming features. He has a stronger and more serious look in his character. The female lead, Chen Yi Xin was annoying in some scenes because of her overacting but she maintained good chemistry with the male lead.
Overall Opinion
Overall, it is a perfect drama to watch on sad days. This will boost your mood as it is a sweet and cheerful drama. It is short and hence, does not need significant investment.
