Drama Digest
Zhao Pan Er is an owner of a tea shop in Hangzhou, and he goes back to Beijing after receiving the good news of his fiance, Ouyang Xu, that she was abandoned from Beijing High School. She couldn’t accept her fate and goes to seek justice. She rescues her good sister, Song Yin Zhang, who was cheated by her husband and was abused. She also saves Sun San Niang, who committed suicide due to her difficulties in her married life. They all meet up and continue to live a life in Bianjing. The three sisters struggle with daily life as they deal with true problems.
The Feel-Good Part
There are many star moments and factors of the story. The rapport of three main female leads is impressive and it holds the story until the very end. The story gets messy, but the chemistry keeps it watchable. The character selection for this series is also appropriate for the actor playing. The husband of the female lead of the series is also an essential character of the story, and she starts their romantic relationship between the main leads. Her scenes with the main lead are interesting. The female leads are also applaudable with excellent acting skills and superior expressions.
The Disappointing Factor
The drama feels excessively dragging and unnecessary after the initial few episodes. The cringe moments hit in the later episodes and it becomes difficult to keep up with it. The closure provided to the story is not satisfactory enough to satisfy the enormous time given to the series. The story is also not well-executed with the fact that the female lead leaves her fiance suddenly and dedicates her entire life to the betterment of the other ladies. The drama is only worth the chemistry between them.
