11

Drama Digest:

The drama is based on a plot eight hundred years ago when terrifying demons and humans coexisted. Being haunted by the demons, humans start to pray to Gods to send someone to help them and protect them from demons. After several prayers, the Gods become satisfied and create the deity called Idaten, who kills those demons and protects humans. On the other hand, recent generation of Idaten deities knows nothing about war with demons. They live peacefully as they have not encountered any demon before. Being trained under Rin, the only remaining leader of Idaten deities from eight hundred years ago, the recent generation tries to survive in a world where they have no usefulness. But in the meantime, Zoble Empire resurrects a demon, and the Idaten deities again get the chance to fight against their natural enemy. Can the recent generation of Idaten deities survive against demons? Watch the anime to know mote.

The Feel-Good Part:

The visuals in this anime are pretty impressive. The music is just fantastic. The OP visuals are on another level. The colors effect is also good. Ed is also fine. The OSTs are good. The action scenes are magnificent.

Star Power:

Okamura and Akemi as Rin, Ogata and Megumi as Ysley, Park and Romi as Hayato’s voice artists did their job well.

The Disappointing Factor:

Though it has a good plot, the anime is a mess. It fails to portray the actual meaning of the storyline. Hence the anime is just becomes a series full of actions scenes and nothing else. Besides, the number of sexual contents shown here, should have been reduced. It feels uncomfortable sometimes. The viewers get bored because of the draggy and repeated scenes. The amount of violence is too much. It is not suitable for those below age seventeen, and the viewers must have a strong heart to tolerate the violence. The pace of the show is also bad. Scene jump and time skip could have been better. The story building is weak.

In-Depth Analysis:

The story tells a tale of human beings who are enemies of themselves. In the shadow hunger of greed, power humans have become demons. Being civilized with technology and getting into conflicts with each other, have turned into their own worst enemy. Hence the deities do not help them. Even the demon who is resurrected is a power-hungry human under the veil of a monster. This anime conveys that war could have been stopped, and peace can be established if people try to repent on their deeds.

Overall Opinion:

This show is watchable in some parts, but it will not hook viewers to watch it. The viewers will quickly get uninterested in the lack of story building. The scenes are also not suitable for many viewers. Hence the audience can give it a try if they feel comfortable.
