By doing so, they will be able to pursue their path to stardom. Who will make it to the end? What will the contestants learn along the way? And who will be the champion of Stars Academy? This is a reality competition show like no other. Watch the show, and find out.

The Feel-Good Part

What separates Stars Academy from other competition shows is its innovation. The show consistently strives to find new and upcoming talents that have something new to offer in the music world. The show isn’t just looking for good singers or skilled performers, but it also looks for artists who can contribute to the ever-growing Hong Kong music scene. The performances that come out of this show are just spectacular. There is no other way to describe how well-executed and well-performed they are. Each contestant has something that they wish to prove and consistently works towards delivering that greatness to the audience. The judges and mentors in this show also do not act as barriers or give out harsh critiques that could damage their confidence but rather ensures that they can learn and grow from week to week. Overall, this show is less about the fame that comes with being an artist but how these contestants carve a name for themselves and how much they love their craft.

The Disappointing Factor

While there is a clear distinction that separates this show from other competition reality TV shows, it still feels a bit standard. Music competition shows, especially Asian music competition reality shows, definitely have a lot to offer in terms of variety. Some quirky characters separate them from the pack and they still manage to showcase new and fresh talent. With a little extra flare, this show could be a lot better, but for the most part, its simplicity does help it tremendously.

In-Depth Analysis

Stars Academy wants to shine a light on what is fresh and new. While it keeps an eye on skill and talent it also looks at the various facets that affect popular music today. Whether it’s the sound or how people perform. There is a lot that the newer generation has to offer and this shockingly works towards delivering that.
