The movie begins three years after the death of Shogo Ogami and his plan is in motion by Shuichi Hiko, his protégé. The Yakuza and the gang violence is in control, thereby, preventing the deaths of innocents.
But all this is about the change with the release of an evil criminal belonging to the Yakuza.
The nail-biting climax has paved way for part three.
Star Power
Matuzaka Tori is fabulous and so is the supporting cast.
Overall Opinion
The movie is reminiscent of the Mafioso movies. And if you love those, then this movie is for you. But start with Blood of the Wolves else the story is lost.
