Movie Digest
Crazy spider is a movie made in 2021. It is a Chinese action horror film that is about genetic research that is going on about a giant mutated spider. The movie is about this girl, Jiang yifei and her super rich boyfriend Du Chen, who go off to this island called spider island, to play but because of their stupid mistake, they get attacked by giant spiders. Now both of them have to come up with a plan to fight off these humongous spiders that are on to get them.
The Feel Good Part
It is hard to pinpoint the good part about a movie that is doomed to have a bad storyline and plot from the start. I wish there was something good about this movie.
The Disappointing Factor
Some viewers may find the series boring as the concept is not unique, we already have seen a variety of movies that have the same plot. The actors have not done a great job and somehow it is not their fault, the plot is not unique, a giant monster attacking people on a deserted island and they suddenly have to team up and fight it? That is a boring plot and nothing could have saved the movie, not the actors, not even the cinematography.
In-Depth Analysis
The movie features this ridiculous, humongous creature also called the Abyssal Spider is a rather disgraceful horror film, only a kid could be scared watching this movie. The movie takes its time bringing in all the characters. The spiders, even if they are the main essence of the movie, get barely shown on the screen and the viewers have criticized the low CGI budget that was too apparent. The problem with the movie is apparently that it is dreadful from the start to the end. I would not re-watch this movie ever again or even recommend it to viewers.
Star Power
The stars of the movie have done their best with the low-quality storyline. They have not done a good job and at times the reactions and exaggerations are just unnecessary for the plot but they made the movie bearable to some extreme.
Overall Opinion
Overall, the movie is horrible. The low CGI, the bad acting and the even worse plot are enough to make anybody just skip the movie together. Will not be recommending the movie.
