Drama Digest

Find me if you can is a mystery and thriller drama. It is about a four-way love affair focused on Sun Jung and purpose to find out who is chasing her. She was caught in the middle of three-man confessing her; Seol  Yoo Hwan, her trusted friend, Jung Sung, an acting star, who fearlessly does whatever he wants and her ex-boyfriend who is trying to get back with her. Sun Jung began to receive pessimistic statements making her bizarre who is keeping an eye on her.

The Feel-Good Part

The characters, even the minor, have been written well. The storyline was pretty elegant. The mystery and thriller were executed adequately with perfectly down cinematography. The drama will not dishearten you in the sense of a thriller. On top of everything, the romance in a thriller drama was a wonder to see and the romantic parts were also done amazingly.

The Disappointing Factor

The cinematography, and backgrounds could have been done better. Overall, character development was not satisfying. It is an elegant drama to go ahead with not many issues in production or casting. There are only trivial problems with cinematography that will not ravage the show’s flow.

In-Depth Analysis

The plot is relational and justifiable. The characters of the main leads were different from each other. Soon Jeong, her character was likeable, and we were given a glimpse of her past and it played a massive part in how she has grown and become strong and independent in the present. It is impressive to see that she is not letting the thought of three men’s liking her to her head. Yoo Goo Gyeol is her ex in the same company. It was not made clear why did they break up. Soon Jeong did not want to get back to her. But the way Goo Gyeol turns on and off make shim creep. Many things can point him to be a stalker. Them comes Yoo Hwan, who fell in love with his friend. The drama gave a glance of when he started relishing Soon Jeong. There’s only one thing that makes me think he is the stalker because whenever something transpires with Soon Jeong, he is nowhere to be detected. Of all the three, Jeong Sang seems to be the most serious in wooing Soon Jeong. He doesn’t have any past connections with Soon Jeong. It is interesting to find out if he is the stalker. This drama is executed amazingly. The suspense level in every episode is maintained.  This drama is true to its genre. This drama is written and produced brilliant way. The ending of the show can astonish the audience. The drama stimulates curiousness in the viewers; it, is a compelling romance-thriller, rather than a typical romantic story.

Star Power

The acting felt real. The roles were delivered by top-notch actors, and they were very expressive. The female leads expression and body language were appreciable. They acted satisfactorily to sympathise. Bo Yeon, Rocky, MJ and Gi Chan did a appreciating work.

Overall View

It is a good drama. For any K-drama fan, it may be a little predictable, but it manages to create suspense.
