Drama digest

Mamoru Hyoga has never sought anything in her life, despite growing up in an affluent household. She was born and reared with the world at her feet and never had to worry about money, but that doesn’t mean she had everything.

Despite her loss and the occasional feelings of loneliness and despair, Mamoru has managed to survive on her alone. Mamoru is the CEO of Three Star Books, an e-book publishing firm she founded with her business partner and old friend Ryo Ichinose (Shigeyuki Totsugi). Yu Haruno (Eiji Akaso) is drawn to the company’s success and applies for one of Three Stars Books’ open internships. Yu sees this internship as an opportunity to transform his life while working part-time to support his family while he studies. The day Mamoru arrived into his life, he had no idea how dramatically his life would change.

The feel-good part

The protagonist Mamoru is the most compelling component of this series. She is a refreshing image of what all CEOs should try to be a diligent, powerful, and honest leader that genuinely cares about their staff as a woman CEO.

The disappointing factor

The majority of the series is quite cohesive, although there are a few glitches, narrative gaps, and cliffhangers that aren’t resolved until the last episode.

In-depth analysis

Three Star Books’ CEO is Hyoga Mamoru. She was born into an affluent family and has never had to worry about money. Despite her professional success, she remains lonely and mourns the loss of her parents when she was a youngster. Ichinose Ryo is a close buddy of Hyoga Mamoru. He’s the one person she can confide in about anything. Hyoga Mamoru co-founded Three Star Books with Ichinose Ryo, and the two continue to collaborate. Hyoga Mamoru, on the other hand, falls in love with Haruno Yu, a considerably younger man.

Haruno Yu is a student at a vocational school. His parents and younger sister make up a loving family for him. However, his parents’ financial position is dire. He works part-time to help support himself while he studied. After that, he applies for a position as an intern at Three Star Books.

Star power

The perfect and ideal casting of lead actors and co-actors is first-rate, and their performance in the Japanese drama complements its beauty.

Overall opinion

This drama demonstrates that not only is betrayal difficult but also real, but so are friendships, love, and devotion. This drama is perfect for everyone who likes a hilarious, romantic, and unexpected workplace series.
